Abstract: Not only elastic deformation of the roller is considered, but also elastic deformation of the rolled piece is considered, a set of new rolling pressure model about the thin strip level is established. In this model, for general thin strip the asymmetry of the stagnant zone is considered, the friction distribution in the deformation stagnant zone is analyzed by the combined frictional theory; for the super thin strip, according to the character that during leveling the plastic zone is reduced relative to the elastic zone and in the friction model the stagnant zone is not limited in the plastic zone and maybe extends into elastic deformation zone, the distribution of relevant unit rolling pressure is deduced in detail. At the same time, to validate the accuracy of relative model, the theoretical calculation of the rolling pressure of Bao Steel 1550CAL leveler relative typical specification products is made by this model and the relevant rolling pressure is practically measured on-line. The calculated results coincide better with practical measured results and completely achieve the prediction accuracy requirements required by the engineering. Therefore, this model haves important theoretical meanings and use values and can be further popularized and applied.

Key words: Elastic deformation   Combined friction  Stagnant zone   Rolling pressure
