Abstract: With regard to the leading defects existing in the current
suspending fine blanking dieholder, a one-orientation fine blanking
dieholder which has adjustable oriented precision and an elastic
structure with gas-liquid combination is designed. By adjusting the
lateral bolts, the clearance that is caused by abrading between the die
sleeve and the guiding sleeve will be eliminated. Compared with dishing
spring, the elastic structure with gas-liquid combination has the merits
of adjustable elasticity and longer elastic deforming stroke. The
subtended fine blanking dieholder that realized simultaneity actions of
blanking force and opposite force is also designed. Besides, the
technics and dies of forceful beading fine blanking and opposite fine
blanking are briefly introduced.
