NEW FIBER WORK SYSTEM KEY TECHNIQUE

Abstract: The novel system of fiber operation is high-technique integration, which involves in many subjects and is made up of several new techniques. It may finish several complicated fiber operations of aligning and coupling. The system possesses many virtues, which may go to orientation of six free of degrees quickly and accurately, possess image in focus and fit for complicated operations of high precision. The key techniques of the system are studied in detail. It includes these techniques mainly, which may ensure accurate orientation of high precision parallel robot, dispose of fiber micrograph and measure its parameters. The experimental results demonstrate that the system may satisfy entirely high technical request of fiber operation and these techniques possess unit point and modularization, hence they may be used in other engineering.
