Abstract: The overall design principle of the ecoplanter and the development of the planting tree machine of the world is introduced. The researching focus of the planting tree machine is pointed out both at home and abroad. Linear modification approximation theory, the method of Newton-Raphson, are applied to perform kinematics analysis on the hanging system of the scarification mechanism of ecoplanter. Based on the results, the theory analysis of the pit shape and the numeral simulation with the business software Matlab is carried out. It shows that pit shape changes according to the feed speeds. This makes the designer understand the kinematics characteristics and structure characteristics before the ecoplanter is produced. The ecoplanter designed can defend the vegetations in the ground perfectly with low energy consumption, high productivity and high survival rate of the seedling. The mechanized tree planting has important meanings such as improving the coverage rate of forest in our country, protecting ecological environment, checking winds and fix drifting sand, etc.

Key words: Ecoplanter  Dynamic analysis   Linkage mechanism  Hanging system
