Abstract : A process of continuous taper extrusion forming is developed by combining extrusion process, hydraulic-servo & computer control technology. The trial research of shape extrusion process for example Al is carried out. The result indicats this extrusion process can extrude the certain variable section products with fully fibre whose section varies gradually, not only from small to large but also reverse in according to the continuous taper designed curve, by adjusting the hydraulic parameter of the main cylinder and the extrusion cylinder without replacing the dies.
