Abstract: By
analyzing the workpiece’s machining accuracy influences of the
parameters, such as measurement accuracy and shape analyzing of grinding
wheel in axisymmetric aspheric machining, a mathematic model that
separates workpiece surface errors step by step in axisymmetric aspheric
machining is put forward. Then the parameters and data of compensation
machin-ing can be obtained. The experimental results show that new
method of mathematic model is closer to calculating locus in theory. It
can reduce machining error effectively and improve the machining
accuracy greatly.
