Abstract: The object of fuel cell vehicle power train control is to
balance the energy and power between fuel cell engine, power batteries
and electric motor to achieve better dynamic performance and fuel
economy. According to fuel cell vehicle basic topological architecture,
a DC/DC converter current controlled mode is presented and an algorithm
based on fuzzy logic to balance battery state of charge is introduced,
then the control mode and algorithm are verified in matlab by off-line
simulation, then tested by rapid control prototyping method on a real
fuel cell vehicle.
