Hybrid Bus With V-Type Precedure

Abstract: According to the V-Type process, the vehicle electronic
controller (VCU) of the fuelcell hybrid city bus is developed. Following
the different stages in the V-cycle, the key problems of the controller
based on the 32 bits MCU are analyzed and discussed. Not only the EMC,
temperature and vibration test standard of the VCU are established, but
also the platform of test and debug system of the VCU is constructed.
The platform is helpful to evaluate and design the VCU. The technologies
of algorithms GUI design, OSEK application, ISP, Monitoring technique
and network communication of the VCU are explored.
