Abstract: Dynamic controlling the fuel cell operation parameters, such as power output, current, voltage, cell temperature, hydrogen and air’s flow rate, temperature, humidity, coolant temperature, has high influence on 100 kW fuel cell power system efficiency and performance stability. When fuel cell power system power output changes from standby state to high power output state, the flow rate of hydrogen, air and coolant supplied to fuel cell must be changed, and dynamic controlling others parameters to fit the power output must accordingly be changed. This can improve fuel cell power system efficiency and performance stability.
