Abstract: Due to the problem of Web-based CAD/CAE applications sharing in real time with which the mechanical product synchronous cooperative design is facing two difficulties of limited capability of net transmission and real time rendering rise in the area, thus the application results in the domain are scarce. The novel tactic of inserting middle layers comprising of the module of dispersing and module of image cubic-spline interpolation between the display buffer and net buffer is proposed to overcome the above difficulties. The module of dispersing is employed to decrease the charge of net transmission. The module of interpolation is employed to improve the efficiency of redrawing shared interface.  Because the consuming computing is distributed to respective client ends to avoid the dissipative computing online, the reconstructed interfaces with cubicspline interpolation is fast and smooth, the efficiency and real time capability of synchronous cooperative design are improved substantially.
