Abstract: POL(petroleum oil lubricants) support is faced with some problems, which is  how to organize dynamic combined logistics, how to rebuild the support system and equipment unit, and how to arrange to allocate plan etc. This requests equipment’s dynamic optimal allotment system, which offers POL support in real time. According to the POL and equipment  support’ target offers allotment in real time, it attain the superior target by improving satisfy conditional and instruction  of equipment allotment. Therefore, using multi-agent theory and method in equipment allotment, this passage describes the problems of equipment’s dynamic optimal allotment and tries to solve it, and basing on multi-agent puts forward a structure of equipment’s dynamic optimal allotting system. It also constructs various kinds of agent and its operating mechanism facing to the process of equipment’s assuring, and sets up relevant models of equipment’s dynamic optimal allotment, explains the importance of distributed management of oil equipment’s assuring resources, which based on multi-agent. some troopses apply it to solve the puzzel of equipment support, which to improve the efficiency of oil equipment’s fast assuring.

Key words: Multi-agent  Equipment  Allotment  Optimum
