RESEARCH ON THE SMALL REGION DATA PROCESSING

IN RAPID PROTOTYPING MANUFACTURE

Abstract: The problem is deep into studied that bring of the small region data processing in rapid prototyping manufacture. The necessity of distinguish the over burning regions is discussed. The neglect of the small region scanning can produce the throwing of small characteristic of the prototype piece. If the small region proceeds to burn, then the prototype piece may break for lack of bond strength between layers. Based on appropriate enlarging the small district area to reduce the small region to burn excessively, a viable remedy method is put forth and the application of the new method is efficient.
