RESRARCH OF PRIMARY TECHNIQUE TO DESIGN RECONFIGURABLE SHOP FLOOR CONTROL SYSTEM

Abstract: A reconfigurable shop floor control system based on components is introduced, related modeling method, system architecture, and components design method are recommended, finally system primary design techniques such as components classify, components partition and XML application are described. The system designed has been used to control two different types of shop floors in a machine tool company, which is configurable, scalable and reusable. The results illustrate benefits gained from the design.
