AUTOMOBILE RINSE METHOD BASED ON

VORTEX TUBE MAKING HEAT PRINCIPLE

Abstract: According to the questions in traditional method of automobile rinsing, based on making heat principle of vortex tube, one kind of automobile rinsing method is put forward, and the basic design formula with automobile rinsing parameter is derivable. It is checked by example of numerical computation for the practical nature and convenience of the theory stated. One kind of rinsing device which can spray hot steam with vortex tube is designed, and the feasibility in the technology is verified with experimental data, with the combined effect of flow, steam and high-handed hot water. Water capacity that consumes is lesser than the high-handed cold water rifle, the efficiency is more than handwork.
