Abstract: The paper honeycomb fixture based on the magnetic field and
tribology theory is introduced in a nutshell. Then the components and
work principle of numerical control feeder are described. Under the
condition of giving the hole-size in the meshed board on the outlet of
feeder and vibration acceleration, the relation between discharges of
iron powder and flow time, and the relation between discharge rate and
vibration frequency, are studied by means of experiments. The methods of
feed region planning, machining region distinguishing and safe feed
height calculation are researched. Under the condition of credible
fixture, an optimized method of feed region selection, where the whole
region is meshed with squares, is proposed in order that the poured
weight is decreased as much as possible.
