Abstract: The optimization of supply chain is studied. A
multi-objective model is constructed, which simultaneously optimizing
collaborative enterprises, strategic and operational planning. Moreover,
in the model, multi-objective analysis is adopted to allow use of a
performance measurement system that includes cost, flexibility, customer
service levels and delivery time of products. Furthermore, a improved
multi- population pareto genetic algorithm is designed for the model.
Finally, the model is illustrated by an example and the simulation
result is obtained.
