Abstract: On the basis of comprehensively analyzing the fruits of self-assembly fields, some problems of the self-assembly method for application of the nano-particle 3D self-assembly are pointed out, and a new method which realizes the self-assembly of drug-loading nano-particles and stent by comprehensively applying the micro-forces such as dielectrophoretic force, capillary force, and hydrophobic force etc. is put forward. And many key technologies for implement of nano-particle and stent self-assembly are studied, including the self-assembly mechanism and method of using dielectrophoresis force and capillary force, the optimal design method of the stent, and the choice and making for nano-particles drug etc. In the end, the implement process workbench of self-assembly and the simulation results of electric field spatial layout are presented. The aforementioned research results provide the feasible scenario for the development of drug-loading nanoparticle coating stent ultimately.

Key words: Dielectrophoretic force  Capillary force  Hydrophobic(hydrophilic) force  Self-assembly  Drug-loaded nano-particle  Stent
