Abstract: The lifetime of vibrating machine can be improved and the load on the base can be decreased while using the theory of anti-resonance. The dynamic model of driving point anti-resonant vibrating machine is built, and the theory of this machine is clarified. In order to improve the amplitude stability of upper body and lower body, the influence of mass ratio and anti-resonance frequency ratio on amplitude stability is studied while other parameters are constant. The relation surfaces of parameters which combine mass ratio and anti-resonance frequency ratio with dynamic magnification factors of both upper body and lower body are obtained. Therefore, the parameters zone that satisfies the technique requirement and assures the amplitude stability can be determined, which provides an important foundation for design of anti-resonant vibrating machine. When the material quality is fluctuant, the stability of system amplitude and the shift of anti-resonant frequency are analyzed, and the result reveals the necessity of controlling the excited frequency. The amplitude stability of anti-resonant vibrating machine’s upper body and lower body has been improved effectively by using the control technology based on the reasonable dynamic parameters.

Key words: Anti-resonant  Vibrating machine
