Abstract: According to the non-local friction theorem, the me- chanical equilibrium differential equation is built. After some non-local infection coefficients are calculated and the plastic deformation stress and strain hypothesis is used, the approximate solution of the equation and the friction between material and die are obtained. With the given drawing technical parameters, the mechanic performance parameters and the non-local infection coefficients(r, a0, e 0, C0), and many results calculated are finished by using Matlab software, the surface effect is for- med in special conditions, and the infection elements of surface effect are mainly frequency, amplitude of vibration and the non-local infection coefficients, and the hypothesis of surface effect qualitative analysis formerly are validated. Then the theoretical preparatory research of surface effect mechanism of drawing deformation with vibration are realized.
