Abstract: Against the phenomenon that the kiss between roller ends easily occurs in the skin rolling of thin-narrow strip, the squeegee oil being used as experimental material, a set of simple, practical kiss measuring method which reflecting true rolling condition and has changed past conventional method that the kiss research is finished through kissing reagent paper in electrostatic experiment is explored. It not only may audio-visually prove the kiss betweeen roller ends exists but may measure the value of the kiss width quantitatively. On the base of it, and associating product practice, a set of mathematical model about kiss quantity, width of the kiss, rolling pressure and shape in the skin rolling of super thin strip is established. At the same time, it gives a calculation block graph , and calculates width of the kiss , rolling pressure and shape in the different rolling condition through  taking classical product as example, and gives homologus experimental data. By field experiments the accuracy of this model is validated. At present, this model is applied to the practical set of field bending-roller force and rolling pressure, and has achieved good using effect and vast economic benefit.

Key words: Kiss  Rolling pressure  Shape  Bending-roller force
