Abstract: The
structure of the networked integrated service system established on the
basis of distributed component structure is expounded, and corresponding
functional modules are designed according to each component feature. An
index system of RP&M process decision including goal layer, criterion
layer and scheme layer is proposed. A new method for RP&M process
selection based on expert system and fuzzy synthesis evaluation is
presented and the support system for RP&M manufacture process selection
is set up. Based on the analysis of process planning of RP&M
collaborative manufacture, different types of RP&M process monitoring
points are determined according to the time scale principle ,which
provides the theoretical basis for the process management and
monitoring. The implementation of the networked service system verifies
its capacity of supporting enterprises with the convenient and rapid
remote development of new products.
