Abstract: Virtual prototype of guns system during firing is created by using ADAMS, and the normalized function of muzzle vibration is established. Relative sensitivity analysis method is introduced to analyze effect of structural parameters on initial disturbance. Thus the contrast problems of structural design parameters with different dimension are solved, and the parameters that affect initial disturbance most are achieved. Furthermore, design parameters are optimized to minimize initial disturbance with combination of virtual prototyping and SQP method. The conclusion that the design parameters of gun involved should be further improved is drawn, and it provides scientific references to design and development of complicated military equipment. Finally, the perspective of study on integrative performance of guns system based on virtual prototype is presented.
