Abstract: In
the process of forming manufacturing cooperative organization, an
optimization problem of performance parameters of production
manufacturing tasks are analysed.Then the process model of normal and
inversive optimization is put forward, and moreover its macroscopical
and microcosmic structures are investigated. These above studies show
that both activities of manufacturing tasks optimization and resources
deployment are an interdepended and indivisible entity based on market
cooperative production. After the inverswe optimization process of tasks
performance parameters is formalized based on researching the inversive
optimization, the optimization mathematical model is constructed, and
also a theorem of the optimal solutions existence is demonstrated by the
theory of vector norm. On analyzing macroscopical and microcosmic
strategies of genetic algorithm(GA), the optimization problem is solved
by real-coded GA. The effectiveness of model and algorithm is proved by
an example.
