STUDY AND SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT ON LOCALE INFORMATION ACQUISITION FOR WORKSHOP

Abstract: In order to increase the efficiency and transparency of manufacturing system, its control model with the function of feedback and the principle of information acquisition for NC machine is discussed. It achieves locale information acquisition for serial devices by the network of combining bus-organized structure Ethernet with serial communication in workshop and presents a method of developing DNC interface based on PLC. This method implements information acquisition by getting state from I/O port of PLC and convert these information into format which is prone to be recognized by manager and data-base system. On the basis of above research, the system of locale information acquisition for workshop applies B/S architecture and designs common database based on network, so manager of any department can share the information by data view, and then the vivid information acquisition and manage-ment is achieved. The effectivity and practicability are verified by test run.
