Abstract: An optimization problem of product manufacturing tasks is analysed based on the process of constructing manufacturing cooperative organization. Then the process model of manufacturing tasks inversive optimization is put forward. After the optimization process of tasks performance parameters is formalized, the common mathematical model of tasks performance parameters optimization is constructed. The ways to dispose uncertain tasks performance parameters in cooperative manufacturing are discussed. The model of interval vector distance is constructed in inversive optimization process, and the interval optimization model of tasks performance parameters is formed. The interval optimization problem is solved by real-coded GA, and the effectiveness of model and algorithm is validated by an example.
