Abstract:
To solve the problem that it’s short of quantification- al ways when the project
of structural optimization about production system is evaluated and structural entropy model exists in present study of system order degree, the structural entropy model with dynamic and general character is developed based on the mechanism of the sending and feedback of information according to definition of the structural entropy and using the principle of the conditional entropy and the classical probability. In empirical study, the typical parts actualized fore-and-aft cellular
manufacturing are analyzed about going through the different production
structure on the same manufacturing process in some workshop and the order
degree on the two different condition is finally solved by using the model of
structural entropy and order degree. As a result, this quantificational way to evaluate the orderliness of production structure is validated well and extends application area of this structural entropy model.
