Abstract: The differences of the bullet overload and the fuze overload are analyzed based on the study on the dynamic characteristics of bullet-fuze system, then the mathematic model of the bullet-fuze system transfer function is established. According to the demand of the system identifiability, the hammer test platform of bullet-fuze system is built, and the lectotype of the hammer is determined by the modal analysis of the finite element method. Using the test platform, output responses of bullet-fuze system excited by unit impulse under different tightening torque conditions are measured. The transfer function algorithm of bullet-fuze system is presented based on the output error model of the system identification, and the corresponding calculation program is compiled. At last the transfer function is calculated, and output responses calculated and measured results are compared in the same motivation environment. The results show that the system identification algorithm of the bullet-fuze system transfer function and the output error model are credible, and the calculation accuracy is perfect.
