Load Expression and
Structural Optimization of
Compressed Rubbish
Vehicle

Abstract: On the basis of supposes and test, load mathematical expressions of compressed rubbish to rubbish vehicle structure is given, so that the validity of finite element analysis is ensured. Using guide-weight method, on basis of finite element analysis, structural optimization of the compressed rubbish vehicle is successfully actualized. Through the structural optimization, with the same rubbish loadage, the structural weight of the compressed rubbish vehicle is lightened 29.3%, and the maximal stress decreased from 504 MPa to 176 MPa.
