Abstract: A software system of YP02 blade measuring machine is presented, which is composed of three key modules: data measuring, data treatment and results analysis.Key techniques for the each module are developed.In the data measuring module, “five points measuring method” is put forward to set up workpiece coordinate system of blade root and blade shroud, and the method to set up blade workpiece coordinate system is brought forward according to the blade root coordinate system and blade shroud coordinate system; Control command and moving command are defined.In the data treatment module, arithmetic of getting rid of redundant points, offsetting of original profile-curve and the matching arithmetic between real measuring profile-curve and offsetting pro-file-curve are given.In the result analysis module, some methods of errors calculating are given.Using the key techniques discussed, a special software system for YP02 blade measuring machine is developed and measuring examples are given.The measuring result shows that the software system is a highly efficient and convenient system.
