Abstract: Integrated multi-objective decision-making model is the important basis for the operation of production process for green manufacturing. According to the existing machining process and equipment, the objective system is established, including three economic efficiency goals (productivity, quality, and cost) , two social benefit goals (environmental effect, professional health and safety) and a socioeconomic goal of the resources consumption, A frame model and the mathematic model of integrated multi-objective decision-making model for production process are presented, which describes the whole production process and the relations of the elements of the multi-objective decision-making model. Finally, a case study is analyzed to show the application of the model.

Key words: Production process  Green manufacturing  Decision-making model  Resource consumption  Environmental impact
