Abstract: Usually, spinning force was
calculated by using deflaction method and energe method which
resulted in obvious difference between the results gained from
calculation and measurement. In this paper, the spinning force
was calculated to use elastoplastic finit element method of
analysing the structure of thick crust of curved surface. The
results gained from this method is precions enough to be applied
to the design of spinning machine and of spinning process.
