Abstract:
This paper puts
forward a method of laser double trigonometrical measurement of
3-D curved surfaces, the target light spots form images on two
photoelectric receiptors CCD separately througn two sets of
image-forming system. The plane coordinates of the light spots
can be gained from the imaging positions of the spot on CCD.
Then we can measure a curve by rotating a facetted lens to
achieve spot scanning. In the end, when the numerically
controlled worktable brings along the measuring table to move up
and down, we can measure a curved surface.
