MICROCOMPUTER IMAGE PROCESSING FOR DYNAMIC DISTRIBUTION OF DIFFUSIBLE HYDROGEN

 IN WELDED ZONE OF ALLOYED STEEL

Abstract: In the process of studying the dynamic distribution of diffusible hydrogen in welded zone of alloyed steels by the microcomputer, a series of software for image processing are developed in this investigation. By use of these software, image and data processing of escaping pictures of hydrogen bubbles can be dealt with, avoids the complicated counting work of escaping pictures of hydrogen bubbles can be dealt with, avoids the complicated counting work of people. And dynamic escaping behaves of hydrogen in welded zone of two kinds of alloyed steels 16Mn and 30CrMnSiA are studied by means of the further study of micro-mechanism of hydrogen-induced cold cracking as well as engineering practice.
