Abstract: Dispatching optimally FMS
tool system can utilize efficiently FMS automated tool provide
system and raise flexibility of FMS. Some dispatch problems to
be solved on FMS tool system are put forward. The models
discussed of FMS tool system are given, and the mathematic
describes are made on the models. The concept of operation tool
change set is posed, and an optimal objective function is
recommended. The algorithm of operation tool change set is
studied and given. The developed successfully tool management
system proves the algorithm is effective.
