 NEW ANALYSIS METHOD OF THERMAL DEFORMATION MULTIVARIABLE CONTROL FOR

Abstract: A way in theory to solve problems about temperature sensor location, thermal actuator variable selection and actuator input pairing up with thermal deformation of key point output for precision machine via singular value decomposition analysis method is tended to find. The ouptut dominant direction method to select temperature sensor location, a singular array method to pair input up with output and the minimum condition number method to determine the optimal thermal actuator control variables are presented. An application of thermal regulation control method has illustrated the feasibility and practicality of the new methods.
