Abstract: Product with biggish tolerance and complex surface is such a product, which has various deigning and manufacturing technology parameters and complex surfaces, but requires rather low precision of tolerance. To analyze the characteristics of product with biggish tolerance and complex surface, a system frame of data management system of product with biggish tolerance and complex surface is presented. Taking the ceramic product as a sample, a management system, ceramic product data integrated management system, is developed which can manage the activities within the life cycle of ceramic product and fulfilled information integration and share in engineering design & management information system. Design skill and management efficiency is proved to be greatly improved by using this ceramic product data integrated management system.
