Abstract: Faced
with the ferocious market competition, comprehensive management
with the effective integration of human resources, techniques
and organization as the core is playing an increasingly
important role in product innovation process. By bringing human
creative thinking into play and establishing a competitive and
co-operative mechanism of the survival of the fittest and
complementary advantages, integrated management can optimally
group various productive elements in product innovation process,
create new values for consumers and improve the whole efficiency
of an enterprise. The basic features of integrated management
such as the whole optimization, harmonic orderliness, dynamic
openness and agile responsiveness, etc are systematically
discussed. What is more, the possible ways to implement
integrated management in product innovation process are also
discussed.
