Abstract:  A case study on the re-engineering of a small and medium sized enterprise in Hong Kong are presented. The Kaplan's methodology of core process Re-design is employed. The issues of improvements in process flow, of the organization's structure, of the departments' structure, of the departments' adapting to process orientation, and dealing with human resistance are addressed.
