Abstract: The superplasticity in SiCp/Al-alloy and SiCp/Al-Li Composites is introduced. The composites are prepared by power metallurgy and cast methods. The superplastic parameters are measured. Superplastic treatment processing, secondary plastic working and the study of microstructure are conducted.
