RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF THE HIGH
FREQUENCY RESPONSE PRECISION LINEAR SERVO MOTOR SYSTEM*
Abstract: High frequency response linear motor has been applied in all kinds of industry field, such as hard disk drive and non-circular turning. The linear motor applied in the non-circular CNC turning was researched. Because in order to obtain the non-circular part profile, the linear motor must move to-and-fro in high frequency, the dynamic goal tracking is very difficult. This research has been started for many years, and several control arithmetic (for example, PID and repetitive control) have been researched and applied, but the control accuracy has not been improved evidently. The new design method of all-digital-feedback linear servo motor is presented, and PID feedback + Iterative Learning Control for the linear motor control system is constructed. Experiment research indicates that the control performance has been improved greatly. This system has been applied the Non-circular CNC system.
